Safe Parking Area
The vehicle should be parked somewhere the team can work around it without creating a traffic or safety problem.
Room Around the Vehicle
Allow enough space to open doors and access the exterior, wheels, cabin and cargo area included in the selected service.
Property Approval
Apartment communities, workplaces, garages and commercial parking areas may have their own rules. Confirm permission with the owner, manager or security team before the appointment.
Vehicle Access
The team needs access to the vehicle and the areas included in the selected package. Make arrangements if you will not remain at the location.
Available Utilities
Water and power requirements can depend on the package and mobile setup. Tell The Detail Boss what is available at the location so the team can confirm what is needed before arrival.
Home, Work or Apartment
At Home
A driveway or another suitable private parking area can make it easy to have the vehicle serviced while you handle the rest of your day.
At Work
Workplace service may be possible when the property owner or manager allows vehicle detailing and the work area does not interfere with customers, employees or traffic.
At an Apartment
Apartment service depends on property rules, available space and access. Contact management before scheduling and include the parking details with the booking.
Booking an appointment does not override property restrictions. The customer is responsible for confirming permission at the requested location.
A Little Preparation Gives the Team Better Access
- Remove valuables and personal belongings
- Remove loose trash when practical
- Empty compartments you want cleaned
- Provide access to locked areas included in the package
- Mention child seats or equipment that may limit access
- Disclose heavy pet hair, spills, stains and odors
- Describe mud, red dirt or unusually heavy exterior buildup
- Provide accurate parking and access instructions
- Confirm property permission before arrival
Items left inside closed or crowded compartments may prevent those areas from being cleaned. Do not promise that child seats will be removed or reinstalled.

Mobile appointment times are built around the service selected. A maintained sedan is different from a work truck filled with red dirt or a family SUV with widespread stains and embedded pet hair.
